Senior School

Haywood Christian Academy’s upper school consists of 5th through 12th grades.  In keeping with our goal of preparing students to succeed in the most challenging collegiate environments, we focus strongly on academics.  Each academic discipline is taught from a Christian world-view, upholding the concept of truth in an age of relativism.

Our goal is to prepare students for future challenges, enabling them to become wise leaders and responsible shapers of a new century.  The program is designed to help students develop mature skills of reasoning, expression, research, and problem solving that will prepare them well to succeed in the most challenging collegiate environments.  At the same time, courses in the High School encourage students to engage the world around them and cultivate an inquiring intellect that will value learning as a powerful means for serving their communities, from the local to the global.
