School Admissions
Student admissions are contingent upon verification of student records, testing, interview and approval of the Admissions Committee. Once a student is admitted, parents are required to sign the Home and School Commitment and students are required to sign the Student Honor Covenant. Students must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA to remain enrolled.
Haywood Christian Academy's academic program is designed for students performing at grade level or above. We regret there are no provisions for children with severe learning disabilities.

Application Process
Step One
Please download a copy of the Student Application, Questionnaire, Reference Forms and Transcript Request Form from the links at the right.
Complete an application for each child you wish to enroll and mail to Haywood Christian Academy at:

The following items must be included in order to process the application:
Completed Application form
Non-refundable Application fee of $75 (Grades K - 6) or
$125 (Grades 7 - 12)
For grades 7-12, two personal references and one pastoral reference
Transcript Request form
Step Two
The Admissions Team will look over your child's application, references and school records. If necessary, an assessment will be scheduled for your child.
Step Three
As a final step, the Admissions Team will make a recommendation to the Headmaster for your child's enrollment.
If necessary, the Headmaster may schedule an interview with you. If your child is accepted to Haywood Christian Academy, you receive a welcome phone call from the Principal. A welcome packet will be mailed to you, as well.
The registration fee would be due at this time in order to secure your spot.
